Join the South Shore Concert Band
The South Shore Concert Band invites all wind and percussion instrumentalists to participate in a vibrant community of music enthusiasts. Together, we perform at various events, celebrating the love of music and bringing entertainment to Sun City Center, Florida and the surrounding area!
Rehearsals currently happening every Monday at 7:00 PM at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 1239 West Del Webb Boulevard, Sun City Center, Florida 33573.
We rehearse every Monday evening from September through April, with just a few dates skipped in that time period.

Coming up: A wide variety of Americana to be enjoyed with friends, family and colleagues.
Join the 55-member band as they create an entertaining and impressive performance of music you are sure to enjoy as we celebrate this country on its 250th birthday this year.
All the concerts are in Sun City Center and open to the public.
At each concert, there will be a free will offering taken to help purchase music for the ensemble.

SSCB's Clarinet trio The Licorice Stix entertains our local community at every opportunity!
Comprised of three members of the South Shore Concert Band's clarinet section, this group continues to delight audiences in intimate settings with all sorts of music arranged specifically for three clarinet voices.
Judy Wagner, Lisa Reigle-Cohen and Holly Bowes (left to right) recently brought holiday cheer in July (2025) to many audiences in and around Sun City Center with their "Christmas in July" tour of old and new music usually heard just in December!
